Commission is for non-commercial/personal purpose only. Client can repost/use the artwork for any non-profit purpose
The copyright of personal commission artwork belongs to me, the design of the character does not. Please do not edit the commission or claim it as your work, and credit me when reposting on social media
I reserve full right to publish personal commissions on my social accounts
Commercial commission is x2 or x3 the original price depending on the purpose
Terms & Conditions
Time to finish each commission varies from 1 to 6+ months depending on its complexity and my schedule
Please DO NOT change the brief once the payment is sent
Please provide your character design and other reference images (preferably real-life) through email, google docs or pinterest. I WILL NOT DESIGN YOUR CHARACTERS
Overall composition and camera angle of the artwork will be decided by me based on the provided brief and references.
Will do: Humanoid | Light Anthro | Original Character | Some mechanical part is okay
Will not do: Mecha | Sci-fi | Furry | Real people | NSFW | Modded videogame characters | Copying other artist's artworks and designs
Please check my artworks at ArtStation or DeviantART to see what I do best. I might refuse your commission if I think I'm unable to adequately meet your requirements
Character anatomy, proportion, colors and lighting of my choice might differ slightly from the original reference. Please consider if you want 100% accuracy

Work process
Process: Sketch > Color sketch > 2-3 updated WIPs > Final piece
For each commission I typically send 1-2 sketches, 1 color sketch
Complex background is background requiring a lot of perspective construction
I will only fix small details (face, eyes, etc.), not the whole composition/pose
Fixing maximum 3 times
Commission artwork sent is JPEG/PNG, about A3 size, 300 dpi
If you need the photoshop file, please inform. Additional fee may be charged depending on how much layers are separated

Payment
Payment via Paypal, Wise, or Vietnam banks (1 USD = 24,000 VNĐ). I will send you an invoice if pay via Paypal
Reservation in waitlist will need a 10% payment upfront, no refund upon cancelling
Payment must be sent within 3 days or your reservation is canceled. 50% or 100% payment upfront, the other 50% will need to be sent after the sketch
